Yellow Fog Lights (Factory style)?
Anyone switched out their Factory Fog's to Yellow ones?
I'm contemplating these:
http://www.rangerfoglights.com/WinJe...087_12/748777/
I have tons of snow and fog where I live and all my other Cars/Trucks have yellow's that I like, just would like to keep the Factory location on the Ranger.
Thanks all

Swap em to some HIDs. You will be happy.

Re: Yellow Fog Lights (Factory style)?
HID's are annoying to other drivers, don't get them. And any HID that isn't yellow in color will suck ass in any condition that isn't clear and completely dark.

That's why new vehicles are equipped with them, right? Because they cause accidents?
Don't know about you, but I like to be able to see when I drive.

Re: Yellow Fog Lights (Factory style)?
if a new car has HIDs they are properly alligned, in a proper projector housing. most *******s just buy a HID kit and hook it up to their existing headlamp housing, causing glare which pisses oncoming drivers off. If you have HIDs and people are flashing their brights at you (more than one car a night is too many) you are an *******.
remember the road isn't just about you.

Sweet... another HID thread.... They have positives and negatives and its all personal preference... like any other mod there's a way to do it right and a way to do it wrong... so lets move the argument to that thread that was created for that topic.
I don't like the look of mismatched headlights/fogs so I don't recommend the yellow.... just my $0.02

Maybe think about getting yellow bulbs? Cheaper than replacing the whole housing

Re: Yellow Fog Lights (Factory style)?
Geeeze some mad hate goin on! I was wondering the same thing I want to do some yellow fogs as well, wanted to see if anyone else had done them maybe not exactly factory placement since my valence doesn't have fogs in them or anything but something similar...what lights would be a better question

Interesting....
I wonder how yellow these could really be, As opposed to a yellow lens?
Thanks!

Not quite sure. I'm mostly experienced with HIDs, haven't had a lot of experience with yellow halogen bulbs. Maybe try it out? Probably only like $10 for the pair
Where do you live? Maybe think about some accessory lights depending on the laws in your state
