Everyone is titled to their own opinion. I just believe that people that are inexperienced or don't know about HIDs might be against them. For someone that hasn't seen HIDs, when they see them for the first time they pretty much sell themself

I sell HID kits that will plug right In the place of your stock fog light bulb. You wil be able to run it off of your OEM wiring harness and switch. It is a plug and play kit so it is easy to install

I have HID kits for all applications (any lights). They are all as simple as taking out your stock bulb, putting my HID bulb in, connecting it to the ballast that is included in my kit, and woolah you have HIDs

Yellow fogs are the way to go. run them when you need to if u dont like the look, but sometimes function is more important which is the concern not if the light color looks bad if it doesnt match. i personally like the look of yellow fogs because its functional. you can get the yellow hids or there are yellow bulbs. you can try yellow film you apply to ur stock lights, find it on ebay, but it may not yellow the light much. maybe try some auxilary lights as well, polyperfomance.com has an eagle eyes kit 2 - 3" yellow 55watt fog light with wiring n switch (they have clear lens) for like 35$ ima get some soon
