Check engine light is on and driver side cylinders are not firing on my 3.0.

I checked all the plugs and wires and everything seems to be ok. I put a new cap and rotor in and I noticed 3 of my prongs inside of my cap are rusty looking and the other 3 look like they have been being used.

I am going to replace my wires and plugs next. What else could it be?

What is happening is when your driving you give it gas it doesn't have the amount of hp it should till about 2k rpm. It does it in every gear and it feels normal and has some power when it is at 2k rpm and up.

brush the rust off, if that dont solve it you could get another cap.

I did and it still ain't firing. Nxt wires and plugs but I changed those 4000 ago
