Random Question about Ranger Factories
I was just wondering if people saw any differences between quality or any other difference between the St. Paul Minnesota, Edison New Jersy, or Louisville Kentucky. My truck's from MN.

I would guess the kentucky and Minnesota ones are better just do the fact that the more unionized a state is the worse the qualty of munfacturing is becuase the unions make it impossible to fire anyone.

after 2003, all rangers were built in the st. paul, MN plant.
the plant in MN is 100% self sufficient from the city municipalities, because of it's location on the mississippi river, it has it's own Dam on the river, which produces the water and electricity for plant operation. the sand from the rivers banks are harvested and produced into glass for use on the ranger and other ford vehicles.

The St. Paul plant is nice. I dropped off a resume there when I lived in St. Paul, but they weren't hiring
 There used to be a great little indian food place near there. So that might not be a "new" car smell you have in your trucks!!

my '01 was built in the Twin Cities plant, and rode a train to the dealership. I have the window sticker.
