Default Bumpers, body panels, wheel fitment questions

Okay, I have a series of questions that came to mind today after spending some needed R&R at work on lunch checking out my Ranger. First is, what modifications would I need if I wanted to put a newer bumper from say a 2002+ Ranger onto my 2001. Also how much work would it be to do a front end conversion made famous by all 1989-1998 Nissan 240SX owners (including myself), I am curious because I just generally like the front end look of the 2002 or so Ranger as opposed to the rather doubty front end on the 2001 I have.

Also I wanted to know if anyone has an idea if wheels from a 2003 Ford Explorer-or Sport trac would work on 2001 Ranger with a 5x4.5 bolt pattern. They are the same bolt patters from what the stamps on the wheels themselves say, but I'm curious as to whether or not they'd fit because when I was getting a truck cap off the salvage yard I saw that there was a set...possibly 3 to 5 Exploders-Sports crap (having a little fun with the names) with either brand new, or close to new tires. One set I'm looking at is a set of 17 inch Ford explorer wheels with 32 BF Goodrich AT's for about 250, and they still have the nubs and partial stickers indicating the tires are brand new!

NEWS FLASH: By the way, Tom Morana called me today and he informed me that he is in the process of releasing a new ''bolt-on'' kit to use the M90 supercharger. Granted he took 2 months to return my call/email. But after speaking to him for a good hour I definately can say I'll do business with him this summer. From the sound of it the kit is all bolt on, the changes that need to be made is to flip the supercharger to compensate for the direction change between the Supercoup most M90's come from and the 3.0 Essex engines belt rotation. Also he has not gotten piping made to run innercoolers so unfortunately you have to run that yourself, but thankfully the snorkle for the intake will be bent and modified to accept either the stock 3.0 throttlebody, or even (with supplied adaptors) a 60-77MM throttlebody.
