Default Random puffs of white smoke

on occassion I'll start my ranger and a big puff of white smoke comes from the exhaust. Oil is fine I just changed it.
This doesn't happen every time I start it. It'll do it hot or cold.
Ideas??

A little bit of white smoke at morning start up is okay, it's just the condensation from overnight building up in the exhaust. But if it does this every time you start it, you have something else going on.
