Ford Ranger Hot Wheels & Matchbox???

I want a Hot Wheel, Matchbox, or some kind similar truck that looks like my Ranger.

I found the pic below on a website called ioffer that's kind of like Ebay. But there must be some company that retails these items so I could by a new one, and maybe get a color and style similar to my Ranger. Or I guess I could always paint it and mod it with some bedrails...LOL

Does anyone know or have seen any?

That would be cool, there's no guarantee, but I know a lot of hobby shops sell models that you make yourself on normal cars from mazda miata jeep cherokees and even dodge caravans so perhaps a ranger could be ordered that way.

...now, if they'd only make one with an extended cab -- I can repaint and modify to make it look like my truck, but adding the extended cab would be a bit more dremel work than I'd be in the mood to do...

hotwheels has this one. its a ranger. i own one of these just because its a ranger and figured it was about as close as i would get (which sadly isnt close to mine at all).
