Default Rough idle no check engine light

A few weeks ago when it was very cold outside(5 degrees) it started to idle rough right at start up. I drove a few blocks then the check engine light came on so I went to Autozone and they said it was misfiring under 1000 rpms. And a cylinder #1 misfire. The tank was low and I thought it might be water in the gas. Bought some dry gas, new plugs, autozone cleared the code, filled the tank and it still runs rough. It has been a few weeks since the check engine light came on. Where to look now? Mass air sensor replaced about 1 1/2 years ago. Jay
