question about the factory bedliner and a cover

I had the factory bedliner since the truck was new,are there any issues with that as far as fitting a roll-up cover on it?

if the bed liner dosn't come over the top rails no problem, the tonneau rails should sit on the bed for proper installation.

Hmm...Mine does come over the top.....
