Default Splash vs. Splash II

Have been searching for information.
Anyone know the difference between a Splash and a Splash II?

Yes, there are "Splash II" 's.
A guy one road over from me has a black one. Extended cab. Don't know him personally, so I don't know any details. I also see a red extended cab Splash II on the way to work every now and then. Again, don't know the driver, so no details.
As far as I can "SEE" for differences ...
They are both extended cab.
They both seem to be automatic.
And they both have a " II " After the word Splash on the doors and the tailgate. I'll try to snatch a pic next time I see one of them.

Okay, maybe it is something that people did themselves.
Or maybe it was some stupid dealer thing like the "Carolina Panther" Edition Dokota where all of the ram heads were replaced with Carolina Panther logos.
At any rate, I guess there is no difference then.

Our local chevy dealer had a "special" Springfield Cardinals silverado.

Lmao, there's a add-on package worth paying for! (for the mermaid, of course)

I'm content in saying it must have been some local or Florida dealer that did them. I checked with a guy in the parts dept. at my local dealer. He said he had seen a few in the day, but it "was not" a Ford licensed package. He said one that he saw was just a standard splash, 4.0, auto with ext. cab.

For all the ones that thought I was seeing things.... or had been drinkin' too much....

Finally got some pics of one of those "Splash II" 's.
The owner is the original owner. this one was purchased at Tropical Ford.

Granted, the truck has seen better days...but it is all original and still purrs like a kitten. He even showed me that a 4.0 with over 200K can still do a decent burnout! lol.
Sorry for the crappy cell-phone pics. the decals are all actually still in decent color, but the sun on the black made them look kinda gray.
