Default not happy with ddm tunning bixenon...

so i got these bixenon hids from ddm tunning and it seems that on rough roads the hids will vibrate. any of you ddm bixenon guys experience this??? and when i put the high beams light will just scatter everywhere with no defined light beam. these are coming out and Ill get me some retro-solutions single beam HIDs.

The light scatters due to our housing assembly, any HID kit will have scattered light output unless you get projector headlamps.

will any 9007 bixenon scatter light everywhere like the DDMs or this is just with DDMs?

----------

what about the vibrations in the light output? LOW beams actually look good beam wise, i should have gone single beam....

DDM is top notch there isn't any better company out there. I also have the dual beam. Any vibration I have is due to the head light itself no the bulb. If the bulb is installed correctly it will not move inside the housing. The hi beam isn't very good, but again its due to the housing not the product.

the high beam is mainly for legal reasons. High beams are useless when you have HID's

CA law requires you to have both high and low beams.

2010, my lights go to a pretty legit high beam. gimme a few and ill dig up the pictures i sent to another member...
and yes, ca law requires both high and low beam. however, because we do not have a standard inspection, this really only happens during the "brake and light inspections" when putting a salvage title vehicle back on the road.

----------

first is low beams, second is highs.

Alot of states require that for state inspection, and if you have mounted foglights in some states they must be operable too
