Default Dropped into gas tank

I'm a little absent minded sometimes, and this morning was one of those times. I was dumping a bottle of fuel injector cleaner into my 04 Ranger, and I thought I peeled the paper tab at the top of the bottle all the way off, but I didn't and it fell into my gas tank. What is going to happen now?

May float around may get stuck to the filter, may not do anything. If it does anything you will notice it then you just run the gas out drop the tank and pull the pump out reach and give it a good cleaning.

Yup. If it floats on the surface, it will probably do nothing since the pump intake is obviously below the surface of the fuel at the bottom of the tank. If it sinks, it could get stuck to pump intake but I doubt it has enough suction to do that. It doesn't move that much volume of fuel so I don't think you'll have a problem.

Chances are, it'll eventually dissolve and end up stuck to the fuel pickup..

I did the same thing on my 89 Ranger except it was the power steering pump.
