Default crankin' T-bars?

How do you know how much to adjust your torsion bars? I guess what I'm really trying to ask is what is the MAX i should crank em' without messing anything up?

U can crank till the bolt don't move that would be maxed out.

U gave to measure till ur happy and each side is equal.

thing i don't understand is, each ranger has different levels of how much the bars can be cranked. for example, some can only be cranked about an inch and a half, until they are maxed out, others 2 inches, some, like mine, over 4 inches. I cranked mine all the way and the front was sticking up like a desert prerunner. ( I cranked them back down, leveling the truck out).

Why not just get a set of torsion keys.

to raise it you turn to the right to tighten it

No way you got 4" from cranking you tbars. If you did measure 4 inches you must not have driven your truck to let the front end settle.
