Default pulled a fusion out of a ditch today!

the fusion swerved infront of me and went straight in so i gave em a hand insted of waiting for AAA or another truck to help... two kids were in it bout 170lbs and 200lbs so pulled a car over 3500lbs out of a shallow snowy ditch... i feel acomplished!
and when i was helping them a ranger started to fishtail while driving by, coulda been a fun day pullin people out lol.

though this also makes me want a full size truck. im gettin 14-15mpg in winter and have a v6 and have a hard time pulling that fusion out. so with a full size id get same or better gas mileage, have a v8 or stronger v6, easy time helpin peeps out and have a more spacious cab... though i love my ranger for what it is so i'll prolly keep it for awhile

Good man. Not many people go out of their way to help others.

----------

My dads 06 f-150 gets 15. It has 4wd, 4 door, and the 5.4.

yea i thought the same thing. i sold the first ranger i had and got an f150, 1998, 4.6 . i could get like 17 with my ranger so i thought whats a couple less mpg. it got desent in the summer (17 was my best city/hwy) but in the winter 12 or 13mpg sucks haha. especially when its $60/65 to fill the beast. i like my ranger now, its like $35 to fill up and almost double the mpg haha.

Im not shooting you down but that was my experience. 4x4 was nice tho...

i like ur ranger, its so sweeet man!
