Put some of my extra fabric from my interior to have my girlfriend make an Intake cover.
I forsee camo and color matching covers in the near future! (Used less tha a buck or two of expensive fabric to make this. Plain colors would cost less if you can sew.)
Anyone else working to prepare for the upcoming show season?
I plan on adding this extra fabric to my battery strap, to cover the gap in the front when the hood is popped (Where hood latch and horn is) and possibly make a removeable cover for my 2.3 l cover. Also going to use it to wrap up behind my seats around my speakers and stuff since it looks rough after I had to cut out the trim to fit my subs.
Also, when I get my bedcover it'll be installed at the top of it there just like my headliner, Yay for being repetitive!
Im doubting itll be too much, because my interior is the same way, all Black with some card fabric accents (Headliner, visor, kick panels, defrost vent, center of dash.) and it looks like its "just" enough. :]
Also need to get my steering wheel decal fixed up like my two exterior Ford logos.
Also, anyone know about dressing up coolant hoses? If theres a nicer material that isnt as prone to leaking like mine are, that'd be great too! Id love to find a way to remove the hoses near the intake filter one is just barely too short for me to tuck to the side.
So what are you all doing to prepare? Anyone hoping to hit the F100 show this year in TN?
