To the op, that sucks about the tickets over petty little things
but to Shaun, your buddy got lucky but he would have deserved the full out ticket... there is no reason to be going that fast in a 45 zone
I missed this, but yes, I wouldn't have let him get off. He's lucky I wasn't with him.
