K so there is this guy i know with a 75 Chevy Nova with a 350 and manual transmission. this guy brags this car up and says he walks everyone with it. well today i saw him and he motioned for me to line up next to him at a light. i figured hed win i have an 06 ranger xlt with the 4.0 he had me in weight and engine. light turns green i just left that guy in the dust and i just started laughing histericaly

You know a moment something like this happened with me before, a good friend of mine wanted to give it a go with his 6cyl firebird against my GT3.
I said O.K. we got to the spot and waited for the light I was thinking I would give him the launch and then just go in second to totally devastate him. Well we're sitting there and the light changes I hear him half rev and dump the clutch. . . . his rear end started hopping like a horned bunny giving all it's got. Well this seemed to last for about 10 seconds before he actually got traction and started to move meanwhile I was rolling in the passenger seat he got about an 8th mile up on me and I dumped it I hit 60 in about 4 seconds and he said it sounded like a jet when I passed him somewhere around the 130mph mark. I still let him tell guys he got me though. = )

just today in Santa cruz my buddy got his vw bug running and we went on here first road trip we pulled up to a new charger and rev ed it he looked over and laugh at us so we walked 4 car on him in the quarter mile them we pulled up to the light at the boardwalk and a bike 1100 gsxr pulled up we went head to head and smoked him by a foot or two man it feels so good to spank some one in a clunker/junker and all this summer he put about 12 grand in this 66 bug and it looks like s#@% but runs like a raped ape!!!! going to find a strip and see just what it runs in the quarter and 1/8 mile
