You didn't originally say they were bowing. That changes everything. You left out an important detail.

If it were me, I'd just cut the visors and make those suckers fit.

If you have to ship the wrong ones back, then that's a bigger pain in the ass than just trimming them.

well idk where my bro got them, i have to take pretty big chunk out of them to get them to fit then i would be worried about leaking if windows are slightly down. not sure how i would cut them either cus i can see my self cutting them than they just shatter haha

yeah I like the way they go down to the sill on the window, they rest just above the window molding, I think I paid 47.00 from JC whitney. I also got the EGR hood visor not installed yet.

After looking at the pics I am going to also say these are not the wrong shades. My AVS ones were tight too. you just got work them in there and pull back that stripping a little. In this pic they clearly look like they will fit:

Also one side of my truck was different than the other. One slipped right in the other was kind of a PITA. I think it has to do with the weathers effect on your stripping over time. I don't know if it shrinks or just gets dried out but something tells me the newer the truck the easier these go in.

I don't care what the other ones looked like! Jam those damn things in there LOL. First time i have ever heard someone complain so much about being TOO BIG!

You need a bat for the person that doesn't know how to install visors. Even the visors on my truck are installed right, though whoever did all the other stuff probably didn't finish 1st grade.
