Diesel here is Ģ1.30/ltr or Ģ5.91/gal or $9.13/gal. As it is an IDI engine the fuel is sometimes stretched out with filtered waste veg oil, which can be a problem in the winter. I came back from my vacation in September (Sunshine state) and I loved driving as the fuel, to us, was so cheap.

----------

Richard - it may be 2.5ltr but with the turbo it feels much bigger, enough to cruise French autoroutes at 85mph and climb the Alps through the snow. 'Cajounes' - I am a contractor and we did a big job where the guy we reported to was a pain in the a??, we called him Noko Jones (or no cajounes)

Last I checked it was 3.19 US a gallon, a gallon is around 4 liters, still cheap compared to your price, but I don't know what the trade value is from the Euro to the US dollar.

Haha that's funny. I want a crew cab manual transmission Ranger, it'd be anything I ever needed.

Richard (strange typing that as it is also my name) - I have the 2 & 4 door, both have their merits - in the warmer months I dont get to use the 4 door often as it gets stolen, then returned with the interior full of kids/woman's rubbish - her excuse is that as the oil is in the tank it is cheaper to use than filling her car up with rug

Hey, it's a good name! I'm a Howard by adoption, but I'm Irish by birth, my real last name is Cunningham.

That sucks, I don't let many people drive my truck.

Well Richard here we need around 68 eur to buy 100 us dlrs.
You in the states donīt usually, almost never, use manual shifts in your cars i think around 90% of your cars or more are automatic thasīs good to use in city traffic but to the open road thatīs nothing like manual shifts.

I usually donīt leave anybody touch my truck,my wife from time to time and my parents too but 98% of the times thatīs me wo drive it

Sometimes life is better when you acknowledge that you cannot drive 2 vehicles at once, dinner is on the table at night. I was born & raised in the West Highlands and Cunningham is a good name

Nice! Cunningham is the name I give when I don't want to be found lol My family is known for stirring up trouble, mostly for the good, but we all have some form of arrest record lol I have 4 vehicles, I can't drive them all at once either

Lol that's the problem, there are too many stupid drivers, because we make it to simple to drive! I want my GMC out here in Tennessee so I can drive it, because its a manual transmission! I like the auto some days, but really, I love rowing gears. That makes it harder for the stupid people to talk on phones lol
