Default Need Help

So I got my truck stuck in muddy water up to a little above the bumper. Needless to say it hydrolocked the engine from the wave of water that came over the hood and went into the intake. Anyways, I put a new engine in, but I'm starting to worry about what else could possibly go wrong from water like this. Is there anything I should replace or be worried about? I just dropped 4 grand on this engine and I really don't want to spend anymore, but don't want to blow all this money on an engine just to find out everything else is going to go out.

Right now I can only think of a few things.
Check the radiator fins for any dried and caked mud stuck in there. Also if you have air check the condenser as well. Same thing for a transmission cooler if you have that.

Pull the wheels and clean out the old grease and repack with new.

Check steering joints and grease if needed. Also check any rubber boots to see if they are ok while you're under there.

If the mechanic did his job right your engine compartment should be clean now.
