locks arent that hard. just get the motors out of another ranger. you may have to do some slight mods to your original hardware from the manuals. i dont know if you can get the switches in the right spot.
power windows might be the same but if your family has a salvage yard then it might be worth it to find doors off a ranger that already have power locks and windows.
there might be a kit also. i have seen some that the window switch is the old crank. you push it down a little and the window goes down, and vice versa.
