Default Rhino Lining Installation Tomorrow (Cost Question)

Hi guys and gals,

After a years of deciding between a toolbox, bed rail caps, and other options....I have finally decided to go with Rhino Lining. I'm quite excited.

The guy at the local Rhino Lining place quoted me $350 for the Rhino lining which will be over-the-rail as well. My appointment is tomorrow morning to drop my truck off.

Does this sound like a good deal? He said his normal price for over the rail is $400 but Ive been bugging him so much lately he took off $50 just to get me to shut up and bring my truck to him.

I'm still new to some of this...so I just wanted you guys opinion on if this is a good deal or not? I think it is...but just checking.

That sounds like an EXCELLENT price especially for over the rails. It would easy go 4-500 around here for that.

You will love over the rail by the way, I know I do!!!!! Make sure he unscrews ALL bolts and screws and doesn't spray over them!

My truck already had a spray in when I got it, but whoever done it done it right. They taped everything off right! Plus the undid all the bolts and taped them off and then right before the liner dried, tightened them back down.

Sounds like it is a decent price to me, but I've never had it done.

That's a great price. I paid that for mine when I bought my truck.

dont bother with rhino liner, it fades and chips and cracks after a year or less, spend a bit more (400$) to get Line-X, much higher quality product and they have a lifetime warranty, even if the vehicle is sold to somebody else.

Do you also mean the 6 (Torx) bolts that are on the bottom of the bed that holds the bed onto the frame? Why would those need to be removed? I don't think Ill ever get a new truck bed or anything...plus, they are a tad rusted anyways..so I really wouldn't mind him spraying over them.

yes you DO NEED to have them loosened! wait till that fuel pump goes out and you need to take the bed off to get to it. plus it looks so professional!

I talked to the guy this morning when I was dropping my truck off. He said they take out all the bolts and will paint the top of them to give it a good look when he puts them back in. So you were correct sir!! Thanks!!!!

Thats awesome!! Thanks you guys!! You have made me feel so much better about "investing" in a liner for my truck.
