Cool What are your plans for your Ranger?

I am just wondering what everyone is planning on doing with their Ranger. I'm curious who's trying turn it into a lowered street cruiser, pre-runner, off road, show truck, etc and what mods you are planning on doing to get it there.

I'm wanting to turn mine into a mild off roading truck. Here's what I am probably going to do with it:

3-4" Coil over suspension lift
33" tires w/ current gears or 35" tires w/ 4.56 gear ratio
HID grill lights
Steel front & rear bumper w/ brush guard
POR-15 the underbody
Cobra front and rear disk brakes
Skid Plates
Get vinyl interior or bedline interior
Herculine the bed and lower panels
Get braided hose covers
Paint or polish my rims
Paint the fender flares
Paint the Ford emblems in a different color scheme
Change interior plastics' color
Change headliner fabric
Headlight paint mod
Dash lights color mod

And here's some things that I am considering doing:

Install a supercharger
E-locker
New exhause
Installing Explorer OHC, seats, and center console

I have plans for 2 rangers.

First Ranger Gen 2

SAS with full sized axles out of a 1979 F150.
-locked front and rear
-5.13 gears
Coil-overs in the front with extended radius arms.
Leaves for the rear
winch bumper in front good bumper in back with a spare tire carrier
35x12.50x15 tires

Second Ranger Gen 2

Drive train out of a 5.0L mustang (late 80s early 90s)
upgrade the suspension a little
Try and keep stock height
Some nice rims and good rubber
The plan is to keep it as stock as possible

x2, im finally starting to get mine to a point where I like it alot, especially after the new rims and 33's in a few weeks. After that and some small things like finally putting my OHC in, hurst one day, duff traction bars, the kit thats supposed to finally fix the clunk in the driveshaft from ford that they now have on the tsb, maybe aux port for radio, offroad lights, n some new shocks because my ride sucks. Other than that, thats about it. Some might think that is alot but compared to all the other money ive dropped its nothing. That entire list can be had for under $1000 and ill finally be done besides regular maintenance, then building a 5.0 mustang. I cant wait!

Change the oil in it regularly, and duct tape the crap out of it when things break. Sell it to some high school kid in about a year, and move on.
