Diamond plate bed rails and rhino lining
I just got my truck rhino lined and undercoated and it really turned out great. I also have the diamond plate bed rails and tailgate cap that I wanted to put on now. I was wondering if anyone out there has ever tried to get anything stuck on to the rhino lining before? The guy who did it said that it would be difficult but with all the products out there I have to believe something would work!
Thanks

no they are just bare. They came with sheet metal screws but i want to use something to actually stick them down to the top of the bed side. I used the screws to install them on my old ranger by just screwing into the side of the bed rail, but now I want to install them better on this truck. I was thinking like a gorilla glue or something like that?

well I just wanted them to stay held down on the top better. I was not happy with how they stayed down when I had them on my other ranger and I thought about just running a bead of some type of adhesive down the top and gluing them in place then screwing into the side after. Do you have any tips to make them fit tighter.

ya i thought I would dry fit them up and then clamp them in place when I glue them in. Then screw them in after the glue sets. Is there any kind of adhesive for attaching to the spray in bed liner?

Gorilla glue or an epoxy should work fine. Just make sure you clamp if you use gorilla, as it expands.

Did you pay extra to have the rails sprayed? I know with Line-X you do. just wondering as it seems you really had no need to srpay over the rails.
