Default Engines i have options

got my first ranger it has a 2.3 . i have a turbo setup for it.
or i have a 3.8sc out of a 89 tbird
i have 4.0 from a 94 explorer
i have 302 in my 77 f250
i have a 460 from a 78 Lincoln

i want to do something the normal 2.3 just dues not have enuf power

i think the 460 is going to be to big lol might be wrong but thats a big motor. Lots of people do the 302 swap. Thats what i want to do when my dad hands down the 86 to me.

I wld sell, and buy a EFI 5.0 and do the swap, thr plenty of pics and lit' to help you do the swap with ease...

that may be so but it would be different and nothing my cutting torch and welder cant handle

throw the 460 in there. you can custom fab up some engine brackets.

If you think you can fit the 460 in there go for it, it would be something different. Otherwise I would say the 302.
