tuner chip, better headunit, an amp, a 350, manual tranny, bigger tires, not-ghetto-rigged foglights, a headache bar with hellas or bajas, roll cage, the ability to pull a better than 12 second 0-60, mustang dome light, different paint job, no tonneau cover, roll on bedliner, better battery, a cute chick in the passenger seat, a clean interior, different headliner and carpeting, leather racing seats, different steering wheel, underdrive pullys...

Roll bars (prob gonna happen in the Spring), Winter tread, sound dampening (thanks for the quick and dirty Richard lol), LED interior light, better deck/speakers (maybe)

4.6l dohc with one of those fancy superchargers
Disk brake 31spline 8.8 with 4.56s Dana 44 with slotted rotors and 4.56s Arb air locker front and rear Bead locked rims with onboard air (like in an h1)

nicer tails and headlights 3" bl bigger tires nicer rims ranger emblems and big ford logo for tailgate train horn

Fog lights mounted and wired. Comfortable seats. Mag light mount under the seat. Explorer mirrors. Simi gloss. Oh and a 4/5 drop.

For the record, i'm 6'2", and I can fit quite well in a rear jump seat. I've done it quite a few times in other Rangers. Can't way it was that comfortable, but it can be done.
As far as what I wish my truck had, I have the bed caps waiting now, but I still wish it had factory step bars, and factory 16" 5 spoke wheels. I also wish it had a T-Bar crank, but I haven't gotten around to that yet. Oh yea, tinted windows too.
