Default I have a dilema

I can get a hold of a 1985 Bronco II and the only thing wrong with it is it needs a tranny. I can get it for 400 bucks. It has already got a solid front axle out of an early bronco with a locker installed. The body has minimal rust. The engine is 2.8L V6. Sounds good to me. My problem is I don't have anymore room for another vehicle unless I get rid of what I have in my 1989-98 project. It will take me a lot of money and time before I will be on the road with the project where as for less than a grand I can be wheelin' next spring with the bronco II. Any suggestions? Should I scrap the 89-90 project before I get any further and get what I can out of the parts? Or should I pass on the Bronco II. Thanks, Rich

if $$ is the issue go for the Bronco. if you like the 89-90 project better stay with it. will any of the parts you already have work for the Bronco?

the ranger project is kinda stalled because of frame issues with the 4x4 frame. I have a complete 2wd 90 with a decent cab that i was gonna put on the 4x4 frame. I am not too attached to the Ranger project at all.
