i would say 2/3 would look the best

I say NONE it's a truck. looks good the way it is

or jack up the rear end and put some N50-15's on the rear

I say leave it, Put a body kit on it, nose, sides and roll pan for the rear. Also get better some flag style or different side mirrors. Get some wider tires if you can fit it. Thats what I would do if it were my truck. If you really want to lower it, go 2/3 roll pan in the rear, lose the hitch and get a fiberglass front end. Truck is looking really good the way it is man!!
