Default 'There........I Fixed It!'

While changing plugs and wires on my '94 4cyl last night I thought I would take a break from the fun of that and capture an image of something sort of disturbing. I'm not sure if it's more embarrassing that the Previous Owner did this OR that I never noticed it till the ink was dry on the title. What do you think he was thinking?

Yeah.....after looking it up on RockAuto it looks like it's too cheap to put off, really. I was going to save up for the sloppy gear shift fix, but this might be more important!
