90 Ranger Keeps Losing Charge

I have recently been losing charge to my Ranger after a few days of driving. I have replaced the battery and alternator. New Fuel Filter and Spark plugs. I had it running for about a week and it died on me. Had the battery replaced and it ran good for about 3 days and left me stranded again. Idk what else to look for. Somewhere something is drawing from the battery and draining it while it's parked. Any ideas what to look for?????

do you have any kind of aftermarket electronics i.e. stereo, amp, subs, gps etc

No none at all..It's very basic..Not even a radio in it.

my 78 monarch did the same and I found it to be a bad ground on the battery... check your barke lights after you turn off truck sometimes the switch moves a little and brake lights will stay on and drain battery.. also can check the starter ground wire my father in laws f150 wouldn't start due to a corroided wire on the starter..
