Default found a loose grease point on my truck

I found a loose grease insert on my driveshaft, it actually came off when i was greasing it, so i'd like to know how tight these are supposed to be, right now its just hand tight.

I think my front driveshaft joint was out of grease, took a bunch of pumps before it popped, you guys might want to check yours.
