Default suealing engine

my engine squeals when i get on the gas, it isnt the belt as i just replaced it. any ideas on what it may be?

Alternator going out.

Does it just last for a couple seconds while getting on it

Did you try spraying the pulley bearing with a lubricant like wd-40? Volt-wise how is the output?

Yes it will. But if the spray is focussed at the bearing proper there will be no rubber contact.

as long as im on the gas it squeals, i asked someone at work and they also said it might be the alternator.
