Default B series vs. Ranger?

Are we sure that they aren't a little more upscale than a Ranger? The head maintenance man at my apt. complex drives a 1995-1997 2300. It has manual trans, short bed, and it is pretty nicely equipped (Tach, cargo lights & sliding rear window, nicer non-flag mirrors, and chrome tailgate handle)

Last I looked I thought the B Series was more than the ranger with some small upgrades (mostly material) but nothing substantial... could be wrong but I like the Ranger better. They're way more widespread thus way more mod options (ie: headlights, tailights, etc.). Everything you listed there is available on a Ranger.

True, now that I think about it, I guess it wasn't that uncommon.

any mods that would work on a ranger would work on a b-series, they are literally a re-badged ranger, some of them had different options for the interior (mine has leather seats) and some had different bodies than most rangers (look at the sides of my bed in the pics) but they were the same truck just re-badged
