Default Posi standered?

hey guys i was off roading this weekend and my dad was behind me in his jeep and he said that both my tires were spinning that means i have posi. is that standered for ranger to have cus my dads jeep doesnt so hes sitting there spinning with one wheel

I'm not sure about "standard" but it's available. You can look up what's on your truck–or at least what it rolled off the assembly line with–here.

well i allready know what my gears are so can i figure it out from there or on that sticker will it say what i have and dont have?

check the tag on the axle incase it has been changed

thats where i got my codes and gear ratio cus my sticker was worn away so i couldnt read anything on it. but then i found another sticker that had the info and they match up so its the factory axle

no "posi" did not come standard on the EDGE. It was an option, usually came with 3.55 gearing IIRC.

The code provides more than just the ratio:
My Edge has the R7 axle, which according to the chart I linked to is:
8.8"
4.10
Limited Slip
