Sorry, I was at the fd last night so I didn't see this.

No, it won't do anything. And no you can't just go to the store any buy oxygen tanks anyway. Not sure how it works with welding oxygen but You can't just go to walmart and buy oxygen. However, when your truck catches on fire from your crappy negligent wiring, the oxygen will definitely speed up the burn-to-the-ground process.
