Default Keyless door entry units

Just called My ford dealer and on the ford website I found the keyless entry pads . I asked to get an appt to have them installed and found out that

1. they are wireless
2. they just stick onto the doors

I will be picking them up on Saturday as the gentleman said it was really easy to install these . You have to have the keyless entry system already installed .

I agree that these just don't look right on your door but the cool thing about these are they are wireless, so you can put them anywhere... even places out of sight.

Why would you need them? You can open the doors with your keyless remote and the old fashioned ignition key still opens the door too. If you have disposable income I could give you my paypal email address and I'll spend the money.

Actually I am having second thoughts as I thought they were installed in the doors and not just stick on's . Real cheap . Driving down the road and they fly off . Plus I'm not sure I want to change batteries either . I have the keyless entry and the alarm so thats it ......

I would be curious tho to see if anybody has done this? Maybe between the cab and the bed out of site where you would just reach in between on the side for emergencies
