I buy about 10 cars a year. For the last 15 years. My math is great. The value that is plugged into the formula is what effects the outcome of the formula. Your truck is worth whatever one person will pay for it. I would check with your insurance company and make sure your truck is covered for that. It changes from state to state.

2 years ago I bought your exact truck but a 1999 from the OO off of cl. it was mint It was taken care of by Ford. It had 50k on it. I paid $4,700. I understand it was a good deal

I agree with you. However that truck is 2wd. I can do the math adjustment off the AP and understand your point.

I stay away from dealers unless I go to an auction with one of them. CL and WOM works for me.

I think the ex-rate is even these days. I don't know much about buying outside the US but I thought prices were usually a little higher in Canada?

I'd rather pay $5K for a loaded 2002 2wd 4L then pay $7000 for a 1995 3L 4x4.
