my 02 i bought back in november(2009) payed 8.5k for it 24k miles on it perfect condition, except back bumper which has a dent, its in so perfect condition this year i turned on the air conditioning it smelled like it just came out of the factory!

I bought my 06 for 8,000 with only 27k miles on it O_o, that's from a dealership too.

it also depends where you live i bet...and also mine is supercab, cant fit in reg cab lol im 6'5"

When i bought my 01, 4x4, XLT ext cab, 4.0, Manual, open Diff, #1 Bars, K Leafs, I paid 7200. The dealer was going to sell it to another dealer for 9 grand.

My friend was going to trade in his '07 Level II (w/o fender flares <pretty rare) it has only 17,*** on it and they offered 16K for a trade, so more than likely it would be on the lot for probably 19k

Ha, my 02 4x4 xlt is worth bb value. And I got it for less than that FROM a dealer...everyone has a price...and a lower price....it just depends on how much ass you wanna kiss/kick...

Bumping an old thread here, I recently blue booked my 97 2.3l with 144000 and it came to 3200 for private party. What's the deal with that! Anyone know something I don't about ranger resale?

Rangers are cheap to begin with and don't hold their resale value well.

Around here in MN they hold their value pretty well against the competition. They usually go for more than S-10s and Dacotas. Maybe that's because they were made in St Paul.

Sticker Price was $24,500 but I traded an S10 and got ford family Z discount

Bought my 00 long bed XLT with 92k miles for 2300. Nada values it now (94,400miles) at 5,495. (: bargin? Yes!
