hey guys i am planning on getting my windows tinted soon and dont want to go to dark were its real hard to see our of but its not a waste of money. in FL the max front side windows can be is 28% and the back and rear windows can be a max of 15%. i was thinking either 30% 20% or 30% 15%. if you have either 30/20 or 30/15 can you post a pic of your truck on here so i can see what is exactly looks like, and let me know how it is looking out the windows at night. thanks, pat

back three windows are 15% Tint and the front two are 35%. IMO, this is perfect, not too dark, not too light

If I had to do it again I would get 20% on the front. The 35% is pretty light on a sunny day.

thats sweet looking but in the fl you cant have your front darker than 28% and the back has to be no more than 15% and im guessing that limo tint is insane haha. mabye it would work if i had my limo license

You can get as dark as you want. You have to sign a waiver that you dont hold them responsible if you get pulled over.

Really as long as your not out acting like a douche a cop isnt gonna stop you for tint. They would have to be really picky to hit ya for 8% if you went with 20%

When I get my truck safety inspected I roll the windows down. Here 35% is the limit on the driver/passenger.

We generally take out vehicles to the Highway patrol and have them safety inspected. I hate taking them to repair shops. They always try to pull a fast one on ya. They will say this or that needs replaced and we can do it today for 200 dollars.

yeah i know, repair places are the worst. they always say you need to get a crap load done and want you to pay crap load of money when its actually nothing. my bro took his ranger in to get his tires rotated and balanced and when he went to pick it up they had this paper with tons of stuff the apperently need to be done to his truck when he only went there for the tires. a week later he went to change oil or something under the hood and there was the air filter sitting on his engine. so they aperently got in his hood and pulled it out and left it up there. they are so dumb, so he is not going back there

im in miami l and im a window tinter and basically 20% film its the same as 25% and then it jumps to 30 there really aint 28% and in the back windows you can put whatever you like
