Default quick interior question

is teh 97 and 98 ranger interiors the same? have a 97 and found parts from a 98..

door panels, yes.

seats, depends. ext cab to ext cab, yes. reg cab to reg cab, takes some work. reg cab to ext cab, no.

carpet, again, ext cab to ext cab, should. reg cab, no. 98+ reg cabs are 3" longer behind the doors. it may fit, but will probably be short in the back.

hmm i see. for one, its hard to find reg cab parts locally. all ext cab, and all of the parts trucks i find are 98+. the search continues

damn, i didn't know it was that much, i thought it was 1 or 2". If its 3 I'm glad lol

Im not afraid to modify interior parts to make them work. i may just see what i can do with the 98 stuff, unless i can find the right stuff.
