My transmission oil cooler fell down in my Ranger. I can't tell where it mounts or if it goes up inside the main one etc. Trying to figure out if this is the same as ones that come internal to a new radiator or a separate one.

If you have an external transmission cooler, it mounts on the right side of the truck, just in front of the AC condenser, a bit inboard of the headlight and just behind the grille. You should be able to see it when you look from the front of the truck. The lines run on the right side as well, underneath the radiator support and up to the cooler.
