yeah do an ecu swap because your ranger might have PATS, and the only way to get pass that is either disable it or get a different ecu and harness, although i heard those cheap remote starter kits will also by pass it too
ooh yeah no doubt if i go for the swap pretty much everything is going, engine-tranny with all the wiring, gonna start from scratch or strip something out from a mustang or explorer anything with a 302, probably gonna beef up the whole suspension and brakes, almost a necesity here
right now as it is the little leaf-springs in the back are having a hard time planting the power they twist like shit with them wide tires i got, could maybe solve it with track-bars or something, swapping the centerpiece of the little 9inch diff in the back for a locker or limited slip, C5 for a tranny, gonna start working on it in the coming weeks first need to find what i'm looking for a another car or truck, right now i only got this one
