Default did you know?

Did you know Ford produced a v8 ranger called the ranger bolt a small brother of the lighting?

yeah but not mass produced it. IIRC, it was a prototype that had all of the F150 running grear and suspension under it. So techinally it was an F150 with a Ranger body on it

An if it was nothing more than a f150 ranger I have one sitting on the barn its a 91 ranger with a 302 built to lighting specs

They did... '83-'84 2.2L mazda 4 cyl. a whopping 59hp!

'85-'86 2.3L Mitsubishi turbodiesel with a whopping 89hp!

The last I knew/heard is they didn't mass produce them because the goverment said it was to much power to weight ratio and because it is registered as a pick up not a sport vehical so I read.

But they don't have a problem with the power to weight ratio that a motorcycle has? Some motorcycles have a power to weight ratio that is insane.

It's the fact its a truck with that kind is power to weight ratio has to do with BS law crap.

Idk. First time at the track the I beat one in my ranger with the 302 an at that time the motor was pretty basicly stock. An I also owned a dodge RAM 1500 (not by choice) an it literally caught on fire before I even put 500 miles on it
