Default how to spice up 03 ranger

Hey, one of my buddies just turned 16 and a few weeks ago he bought himself a 2003 Ranger Edge.

It's really nothing to look at and nothing special inside except some sub-woofers he wired up. Wanted to come on here and ask for some CHEAP ideas to maybe add a little spice into this little truck, inside and out. Nothing big like,"THROW IN A CUMMINS AND A 40" DOWNPIPE!" Just small things that are each like $10 - $40.

I know that's not much of a budget (I couldn't even think of anything) but I'm gonna help him with this so I'd like to keep my wallet somewhat full as well. Any cool suggestions will be appreciated.

Also I don't mean JUST things we can buy. Ideas for cheap things to rig/wire up would be nice as well. Access to tools and a shop is no problem, we just need ideas.

I put one of those Fire & Ice lightbars under my tailgate, except it was a cheap knock off of one i got for 30 bucks on sale from JC Whitney, it's down to that again for a few days. and i got a few magnets on the tailgate. Those little support our troops ribbon things. Got the Troops and Volunteer firefighters on there, got both for free. (helps where your dad is a firefighter) Just check auto parts catalogs or websites, they have all kinds of stuff.

How about some window shades, some aftermarket stores sell them for cheap, they are very useful when it rains/snows.

Something like that, you can find them for as cheap as 60$ (maybe less in the states lol) depending on the company.

OHC is pretty cheap if you can get one at a junkyard. Mine cost a grand total of less than $15 for the console, wire and connectors.
