Default Fuel leak at 3 lines "webbed" together.

Smelling gas at times, so I got under and looked for a leak. The fuel line to the filter is webbed together under the cab with the return line, and what I assume is a vent line. The wet spot is right where the three lines are joined, and I have not been able to determine which one has the actual leak. Is this something that can be repaired and spliced, or will the whole lineset need to be replaced. (That looks like a not fun job.) Is this a common problem with our Rangers? Mine is a 96 extended cab with the 4.0.
Thanks.

Lee, is the lines in the spot of the leak metal or are they the nylon lines?. Can you take a pic of the problem area?.

Fuel leaks are nothing to be concerned about apparently.

No, it is a concern. Thats why I asked for advice, and if this was a common Ranger problem. Can this be repaired without dropping the tank or taking off the bed to gain access to the whole triple line set? Or is there a known repair? Thanks
