Question Performance Chips... Are they good?

A friend of mine is looking at getting a performance chip from G-Force Chips, (gforcechips.com) and was wondering what you guys thought about them, or if you had any other recommendations for other performance chips. Any help/ advice/ opinions are greatly appreciated.

I've actually heard some bad feedback about them. I think he would be best to go with another company. Btw there is a thread about this somewhere in the 3.0 tech section. I'll try to find it for you.

i would shy away from any chip personally, especially a no name brand like that. i had a jet chip in my ranger before i got my tuner and it was worthless. didnt notice any gains and i had to run premium so it cost more to drive the truck, i ditched it and got an SCT tuner and never looked back.
