Re: returning to the ranger world
Well I found out the distance between the wheel wells is 44.8" so a plywood sheet won't fit.
Every vehicle has its purpose. Dodge trucks are to keep the service departments busy.

Re: returning to the ranger world
I read that Ford is planning on offering the twin turbo 2.7 V6 in the Rangers. Better put drag radials on those things.

Re: returning to the ranger world
put gas in the truck today. $30 bucks from 1/4 tank, truck said i was getting 24.5MPG(i would say 80% highway 20% city) hand calculated to 23.2 MPG. I can definitely* live with that

i never actually hand calculated it, but using the same 1.5 MPG difference i would say 18-21 mixed.

If the fuel mileage is 4 mpg better, maybe a savings of $200-$300 a year.
Driving a new truck is a great feeling but new vehicle smell is priceless.
