I priced it out on Edmunds and they list it as $400 Private party sale
and $955 dealer retail.
It would be worth $3000 if there is a $2600 bag of cash under the seat.

KBB has the private party value at $1490 assuming the truck is in good condition. The Edmunds value is way too low and I wouldn't even consider it legit.
There was a time when dealers would never sell a car on their lot with 100,000 miles on it. Fixing the air conditioner would be a good project to do.
