One of the easiest jobs to do, but I would ask a friend to help if you are a novice.
If your truck is a 4 wheel ABS it will have tone rings on the inside of the brake rotor, and will have a large ABS module behind your battery. It should have 2 lines that come out for the front, and a single line that comes out of it for the rear. It should look like this
I did not look at all your parts that you had listed, but you will need at minimum two inner bearings (plus races if only replacing bearings), two outer bearings (again, with races if bearing only), two spindle seals, and typically I like to replace the spindle nut retaining cotter pin. If your dust caps are beat to hell, then replace those.
While its all apart, you might as well redo your front brake system since you'll likely take the easy way out and replace the rotor (this is not a requirement if all you want to do is replace the bearings, but it IS a requirement to replace the bearings if you replace the rotor)
I would add onto that new brake pads, new caliper pins (they are dirt cheap on RockAuto) new pin boots, anti rattle clips/shims etc. You should also go the extra mile and do a fluid flush. A full system flush is ideal, but even just flushing your fronts is better than not doing it at all. Buy a liter of brake fluid, preferably one from a metal can. You'll also need caliper/brake hardware grease. I prefer Syl-Glide, you'll want the squeeze tube. You'll find a lot of uses for it after the brake job is done.
