Re: 2wd or 4wd (Which do you have?)
I have both, but I drive my 2WD with the coil spring suspension 95% of the time. It drives like a Cadillac and it's better on gas.

Re: 2wd or 4wd (Which do you have?)
I have a 2wd. I like it and gets the job done for me. For my next truck I'd love to have a 4wd but we'll see.

4x4 for me. Wouldn't mind having a lowered 2wd though.

Re: 2wd or 4wd (Which do you have?)
2WD for me. Live in the suburbs, and work in the city. No real need for 4WD. Plus I love the lowered and muscle car look of a street truck. A few sand bags in the back gets me thru the winter perfectly.

I have a 2wd not really a need for 4wd where I live except for the snow but I have cinder blocks for that.

Re: 2wd or 4wd (Which do you have?)
4x4 for me...my first ranger was a 95 reg cab 2.3L 5 speed 2wd...had that thing for 6 years, loved it in the summer, fun to drive, great gas mileage, but sucked in the snowy Minnesota winters...even with sandbags...
Got my 99 4x4 in 2004 after college, and have been loving and hating it at the same time..lol.
Wish it was a stick, wish it was 4 door, and wish I could stop throwing money at it for mods and stuff, lol.
Both 2wd and 4wd are great trucks, just depends on what you need...

My previous vehicle was a 2006 Subaru Impreza WRX that was absolutely AWESOME in the snow. I don't remember ever sliding an inch in that thing (even when we got 26 inches of snow in one night back in 2010).
I've never been to the Gettysburg area, but the problem with Pittsburgh is that the entire area is full of hills. Nowhere is flat. I'm just hoping I don't have to be constantly in 4WD and using a ton of gas haha
I couldn't even imagine having a 2WD truck in this area.
